i liked the central location a lot, it was easy to walk everywhere. the double glazing blocked out almost all external noise. the air conditioning worked really well (perfect for the warmer days). staff were helpful with directions and local tips.
the bathroom door was a little stiff and hard to slide sometimes. it was not a big deal but it was noticeable.

my room had a comfortable double bed and a modern private bathroom. the double room had complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily. i found the room clean with good storage for my luggage.

the reception provided free coffee and tea throughout the day. staff offered flexible bag storage before check-in and after check-out. the team was always polite and addressed my questions quickly.

netflix and bbc iplayer were available on the room's tv. the hotel has a central position near shops and restaurants. the proximity to public transport made exploring the city easy.

The light above the mirror in the bathroom was not working. This made it difficult to see properly. The shower lacked thorough cleanliness.
